Why Choose Us
What Sets Our Workshop Apart
Assessment Before Action
Every watch is examined and a clear report prepared before any work is carried out. There are no surprises — only informed decisions.
Transparent Documentation
We record observations, findings, and timing rates in writing. You leave with an understanding of what was done and why.
Unhurried Timelines
Delicate restorations are not rushed. Timelines are set to match the complexity of the task — and we communicate progress along the way.
Humidity-Aware Sealing
Phuket's climate is demanding. We pay particular attention to gaskets and seals, advising honestly on sensible water contact after each repair.
Respectful Handling of Heirlooms
We understand that some watches carry meaning beyond their mechanism. Antique and sentimental pieces are handled with corresponding care and patience.
Plain-Language Communication
Technical findings are explained in straightforward terms. You decide how to proceed with full information — never through jargon or pressure.
Your Timepiece Deserves Attention
Wondering whether your watch needs looking at?
Bring it in or send a message. We are happy to take a first look and share what we find — with no obligation to proceed until you are comfortable.
Common Questions
A Few Things Worth Knowing
How long does a standard service and timing adjustment take?
Most service jobs are completed within two to four weeks, depending on the movement's condition and our current schedule. We will give you a more specific estimate after the initial inspection, and we stay in touch if circumstances change.
Do I need to bring my watch in before a price is agreed?
For most repairs, yes — we prefer to examine the movement before confirming costs. The listed prices are starting points. Any parts or additional work are always discussed and confirmed with you before we proceed.
What happens during an antique restoration assessment?
We open the case carefully, note the condition of the movement, dial, and hands, and photograph our findings where useful. We then sit down with you — or correspond by message — to discuss what we observed, what options exist, and what you would like to preserve or restore.
Can you source replacement parts for older calibres?
In many cases, yes. For antique movements where parts are no longer available commercially, our workshop can produce hand-finished replacements where appropriate. We will always advise honestly if a part is beyond practical sourcing.
Is my watch safe to wear near water after a seal repair?
We test resistance where the case design allows, and will give you a straightforward recommendation based on the result. For some older cases, we advise caution even with fresh seals. We explain our reasoning clearly so you can make the right call for your watch.
How do I know my watch is in safe hands?
Your watch is logged on receipt with a condition note and kept in our secure workshop throughout. You are welcome to ask questions at any stage and to collect without proceeding if our assessment gives you pause. Nothing is done without your agreement.
